  • Paraline and Perspective Projections

Second Year

  • Advanced Interior Design, Construction Techniques-II,
  • Secondary Services & Market Survey, Communications and Personality Skills, 2-D & 3-D AutoCad

Third Year

  • Internship, Specialty Interior Design, Interior Working Drawing, Communications and Personality Skills, Interior Professional Practice, CADD Presentation

 

Admission 2020-2021

Due to the ongoing pandemic (Covid-19) the admission formalities are carried out on an ONLINE basis. 

Webinars conducted for counseling of students, Admission forms, brochures, and other details are sent digitally.

Admission Forms are accepted digitally from July 02 to August 08, 2020.

Merit List to be declared on August 10, 2020, @ 12.00 noon

Tentative commencement of College: August 24, 2020.

Students are requested to download the form, fill all the details, and e-mail the admission form, to office025@sidmumbai.in along with the following documents; The PDF of the documents should be legible/ readable.

  1. Std 10th Marksheet (SSC, ICSE, CBSE)
  2. School Leaving Certificate/Migration Certificate
  3. Aadhar Card.

The admission form will be accepted until July 31, 2020. 

The admission will be considered and confirmed, subject to physical verification of documents.

RACHANA SANSAD CERTIFICATE COURSE

Second Year – Certificate Course

  • Interior Design-II, Interior Construction-II, Services-II, Professional Practice, 2-D & 3-D
  • AutoCAD, Environmental Design

Third Year- Advance Certificate Course

  • Interior Design-III, Interior Working Drawing, Communications and Personality Skills,
  • Cadd presentation, Specialization in Interiors

 

COURSE OBJECTIVES:

  • Design research analysis;
  • Knowledge of materials and their use;
  • Survey and restructuring of spaces;
  • Design of interior furniture (private homes);
  • Design of furniture for commercial and public spaces (restaurants, museums, hotels);
  • Design of external spaces (redevelopment of public squares and gardens) and outside furniture;
  • Market trends analysis; study of the history, functions, morphology, production, and types of materials; ideation and development of the concept; design of a new project);
  • Graphics and visual communication of the design;
  • Ideation of the layout and creation of the final portfolio.
