All India Rank 2 (Residential Category)
It is a proud achievement for the Second Year students of Rachna Sansad College of Architecture, Interior Design, B. VOC. to have secured Second Place in the West Zone as well as Second Place at the All-India Level at the Society Interior Design Competition and Awards (SIDCA) 2026, the 23rd edition of the competition. The recognition was achieved by the team – Hetvi J. Chheda, Jayesh S. Suthar, Shankar K. Rampariya and Lynn S. D’cunha.
Participating in the Residential Category, the team developed a design proposal for a 5000 sq. ft. 3 BHK residence in World One Tower.
The concept for the project, titled “Samatvam”, draws inspiration from the philosophy “Equanimity itself is Yoga,” reflecting a design approach that seeks harmony between mind, space, and proportion achieved by the Fibonacci Golden Ratio.
